Need Volunteers for the Picnic 7/26
Hello All –
I need a few volunteers to help out for our picnic on Saturday.
1. Set-up Tables (need 1-2):
Need someone to cut and lay the plastic tablecloths on the tables. I already bought 2 plastic rolls (green & white). Will bring the scissors
2. Clean up Crew (Need 3-5)
Clean up and make sure we leave the park area clean and the way it was when we got there (or better). Just like the Leave No Trace Rule.
3. Help Grilling the Barbecue/Meats (Need 3-5). This crew can take turns.
4. One person to help Adrienne with the kids games
Please volunteer to help out
Thank you also for those who have RSVP’d. If you are planning on attending, please let us know. I have 116 members on our roster, we should at least get 100 responses, right? J Just say yes + number of attendees or no. No need for an explanation if you can’t come.
