LSPAA Annual Picnic Saturday, August 14
Hello AllI hope everyone is having a wonderful summer. Please save the date for our annual picnic on Saturday, August 14th at 1230 pm at the home of Mayette and Joey Velilla

Please email your rsvp’s to me at eileen_nadal@ yahoo.com. If you would be able to volunteer, please let me know as well. We need help with set-up and grilling.
As you all know, the term of the current board has been extended to November 2011; but we have 2 positions open that needs to be filled. We will vote for the Vice President and Secretary positions… so think of your nominations now.
We will also take the picnic as an opportunity to meet regarding the chapter’s plans for the World Congress in October 2011, fundraising plans and activities, our chapter’s direction and for us to review our financial position.
The picnic is welcome to all members and their families. The chapter will cover the cost of the picnic, but if you’d like to share a favorite dish or dessert, that is welcome as well. Just let me know, so I could adjust what I need to buy and prepare
